Westmall and Bukit Batok MRT Station

Just 9 minutes-walk from the Club to West Mall and Bukit Batok MRT station. West Mall houses a mix of retailers from fashion and accessory vendors, jewellery retailers, gifts and specialty stores, telcos, cafes and restaurants, a food court, a 6 - screen theatre, post office, community library, music school, electrical and household store and a supermarket.

Bukit Batok Memorial

The Bukit Batok Memorial is located on top of the tranquil Bukit Batok Hill upon which once stood two war memorials built by Australian POWs to commemorate the war dead of the Japanese and the Allies who fought during the decisive Battle of Bukit Timah in Singapore during World War II. The two memorials were destroyed after the war and only the road and stairs that used to lead to them mark its legacy today.

Little Guilin

Also known as Xiao Guilin among the locals, the Little Guilin looks similar to that of Guilin in China – a granite rock sitting within a lake. It was originally a disused granite quarry. In fact, the name "Bukit Batok" has been suggested to be derived from the noise made by the blasting in the granite quarry that now formed the natural surroundings of Little Guilin.
